*COVID POLICY* We fully intend to take our performers' safety and the safety of our clients seriously. Our performers are instructed to wash hands between each party/event and will be wearing masks. We greatly appreciate if the majority, if not all guests, would be willing to wear a mask for the safety of our performers and each other. Additionally, we will be asking guests to sanitize/wash their hands before our characters come to a party or event. Our performers will be taking extra careful cleaning precautions with any supplies brought to a party/event. Please allow time for our performers to sanitize their hands or use your sink to wash their hands during a party or event when needed.
In the event that a birthday party or event needs to be rescheduled (by your choice or by suggestion from the local government), your booking retainer fee will be held for a future date and we will prioritize finding you a new date on our calendar over taking new bookings.
